I hired Ohio Reno for a partial basement finishing project. The crew did a great job. The crew leader, Jose has an impressive skill set, from construction to plumbing and electrical work. He also helped with a couple design decisions. Our project manager, Rob is highly communicative, experienced and accommodating to scope changes. The job was finished on time and at quoted pricing. Tyler was so easy to work with, bringing ideas to us that we hadn’t considered. This helped us get a better project outcome than we expected.  He was timely with communication and scheduling. His contractors were polite and respectful and went above and beyond.  The work was of high quality. If there was a problem, they were quick to get it corrected. Tyler and his team at Ohio Renovation Solutions did an excellent job on a full rehab of my rental property. Both the interior and exterior were completely transformed. The kitchen, along with everything else, turned out great, with new appliances that really made the space pop. Communication was great throughout, and when it came time to close things out, Tyler and his team handled every last detail without me having to chase anything down. The place looked so good that people were already asking about renting it before it even hit the market. Rob was  project manager for our bathroom remodel. He understood our need for a safe shower, as well as for a colorful space that reflected our taste. He and his talented team also had to do some troubleshooting  to mitigate extensive water damage. Very happy with work done in my home. Bob and Paulino make a great team. Paulino is a master at what he does. Paying attention to detail and very professional. Bob very polite and updates you on everything they do. I do recommend this team if you need work done. They keep their surroundings clean whilst working and clean thoroughly after. Working with Ohio Renovation Solutions has been one of my best ever customer experiences. Robert (Rob) Smith was my main contact throughout the renovation of our bathroom and from the very first conversation when he quickly responded to a VM I left, he has been one of the most conscientious and caring people I have had the pleasure to work with as he thoroughly listened to what we wanted to accomplish, answered all questions directly and then guided us through options with expertise and patience as we made decisions about each element of the new design. His installation team was excellent as well. Added to their craftsmanship and attention to detail, they were obviously here to ensure we were satisfied every step of the way as they completely gutted the original bathroom keeping everything clean as they worked long hours and then installed everything new including having to move a toilet. The framing of the window in the shower and the professional painting on the walls are examples of how everything felt customized for us. My original reason for the renovation was to provide greater access for a handicapped family member. Not only did we accomplish that, we have a beautiful new bathroom for the whole family to enjoy. At the beginning of our work together and once we decided on final design, Rob quoted a price, which was the first time this extensive project felt affordable.  Once agreed upon, Ohio Renovations Solutions delivered everything on time as promised and within budget. It never felt like this was just another job for this team as Rob communicated schedules, progress and updates daily with continuous check-in to ensure we were satisfied and to see if we had any questions. We were also impressed and grateful that the owner of the company stopped by to introduce himself, which further affirmed our confidence in their dedication to helping people discover and enjoy their renovation solutions. Not only do I highly recommend them for their quality, character and service, they have gained our trust and confidence in being our choice for any future solutions we want for our home.
